Need info on Benjamin Roots Locke and family

Looking for:

Benjamin Roots Locke married Zilpha Ann Sullivan 7-26-1808 in Brunswick County, NC. I believe they may have moved to Mississippi at a later date.

I'm trying to locate the burial site of their daughter, Zilpha Ann {Locke} Chandler, b. 1818, wife of James H. Chandler. The Chandlers were residents of Volusia County Florida, but I find no records of her death and burial in that area. According to census records, she died at sometime between the years of 1860 and 1870.
