I have just found the past postings on Martin. He is my Great Grandfather and I have been looking into our family tree. I have most the family info from and Aunt and have been trying to fill in the blanks. I saw the posting from Donald and some of my infomation differs.
Martin's mother was Mary Lucas who remarried Ernest Burlage after Andrew Died. I have been stuck on Andrew. There is a record of their Marriage April 1 1866, United Baptist Church. It is recorded as Jackson Lock and Mary Lucas. When Mary remarried it is recorded as Miss Mary Loche and Ernest Burlage.
I would be very interested is working to fill in the blanks. This is all very exciting to be moving forward.
