We know John Locke was in Gwinnett Co, GA (and married) before the 1820 Census. He and his wife were between 26 and 45 years old, and were listed with one girl aged 10 to 16 and two boys and a girl under 10.I think I remember a couple of Gaddis families listed as well but I don't seem to have recorded their information (the census transcription is on-line).
Don Locke quotes the 1840 Census of Limestone Co, AL as showing Elizabeth between 50 and 60 years old.How old does the Sevier Co, Arkansas Census say she was (in 1850 or possibly 1860)?
The 1793 birthdate might be a little late for Elizabeth (question, not proof). And Habersham Co probably wouldn't have been the usual place to move from Gwinnett Co (also a question).
