I can't help you with Alice Genora Locke's descendants, but I have lot's of information on her ancestry. She was a half-sister to my gg-grandmother Tabitha Locke Sikes.
Alice Genora was born 17 Jan 1870 in Bedford Co. TN, the daughter of Robert Weakley Locke and his second wife Martha Ann Claxton (Knott). Martha Ann was previously married to Alfred Knott. Robert Weakley Locke and Martha Ann were married 25 Feb 1862 in Bedford Co. TN. They also had two other children, Margarette Locke, born 3 Dec 1862 and George W. Locke, born 19 May 1867. I don't have any record of whether Martha Ann and her first husband Alfred Knott had children together. After Robert W. Locke died, Martha Ann and the three children moved to Texas.
Robert Weakley Locke was born 13 Mar 1813 in Bedford Co. TN and died 14 Aug 1883. He is believed to be buried in Locke Cemetery near Unionville, Bedford Co. He was married first to Tabitha Brown (b-1815-d-abt. 1861). They had 11 children, all born in Bedford Co:

King; 6) Emily Merit Locke b-10/23/1840 d-6/5/1841 in Bedford Co. TN; 7) Elizabeth Locke b-4/28/1842 d-? probably in Tracy City, Grundy Co., TN m-Robert Morgan; 8) Lucy Ann Locke b-12/12/1844 d-5-25-1920 in Cushing, Payne Co., OK, m-John Henry McFarlin; 9) James P. Locke b-12/25/1846 in Bedford Co., TN d-10/18/1860 in Bedford Co., TN; 10) John Robert Locke b-6/21/1848 d-1911 in Bedford Co., TN m-Mary Jane "Mollie" Simmons; 11) Nancy Samantha Locke b-12/20/1852 d-6/14/1925 in Rogers, Benton Co., ARK m-Francis Marion Pollock.
Robert Weakley Locke was the son of William Locke b-8/16/1778 in Rowan Co., NC d-5/22/1823 in Bedford Co., TN and Martha "Patsey" Carothers b-4/15/1787 in Mecklenburg Co., NC d-3/9/1871 in Bedford Co.
Martha Carothers' parents were Robert B. & Margaret Scott Carothers.
William Locke was the son of John Locke, b-8/11/1850 in Rowan Co. NC and died 1786 in Rowan and Jane (Cowan?). John Locke was a Rev. War soldier who received a 2000 acre land grant in Bedford Co., TN for his war service. He died before taking control of the land and it was eventually awarded to his heirs.
John Locke was the oldest son of Gen. Matthew Locke b-1730 in England d-9/7/1801 in Rowan Co. NC and Mary Brandon b-1735 in England and d-7/31/1790 in Rowan Co. They are buried at Thyatira Cemetery, near Salisbury, NC.
I have much more Locke information and there is a lot of information on the Rowan Co. NC Locke's on the internet. I would be interested in learning more about Alice Genora and her brother & sister also, if you have information on them.
