So. 22 deg. W 10 Ch. 30 links, thence S 36 deg. 30 __? West 7 chain to a Corner, then along Jacob Wrights land So. 52 deg. 20 M East 14 Ch. 92 links to a small hickery for a corner, then along sd. Wrights land No. 50 deg. East 11 Ch. 30 links to Oldmans Creek and then bounding on said Creek to the place of begining containing 31 acres more or less. Second lott begining at a White Oake standing on the South side of Sandy Run marked SL then So. 81 deg. 30 M west 10 Ch. 20 links to a White Oak marked Six notches in the So side of Sandy Run then crossing said Run No. 20 deg. West 50 Ch. 80 links to a small black Oak saplin marked six notches then No. 26 deg. East 7 Ch. to a white Oake Marked six notches then So 59 Deg. East 7 ch 56 links to a White Oake tree marked SL then So. 22 deg East 7 chains to the place of beginning containing 8 + 3/4 acres 34 perches of land. Mortgage deed dated Jan 2nd 1783 and acknowledged March 14th 1783 before Andrew Sinnickson, Esquire. Principal sum £200 one hundred which is payable May the _? 1783 and the other hundred pounds Jan first following with Interest. Mortgage Deed brought to the Office and Recorded March 14, 1783 by Jacob Tagart, Clk.
