John Lobb c. 1753

Does anyone know anything about John Lobb c. 1753?

He had a sister Grace who married Richard Docton and was three years his senior. That was 1771.
In 1801 him and his wife Mary had a son called James Lobb.
In 1803 he had a daughter called Nancy who later married John Tremain of Treginiger
In 1812 Elizabeth Osborn was done for burning a mow, and sentenced, then he is listed as farming Trevisker and Tregavone.
In 1834 he is mentioned as owner of meadows at Treator
He died in 1835, aged 82 or 83 his sister also died that year!

I cannot find any record for birth though I know Grace married in Padstow, and lived in Little Petherick.
I also cannot find any record of marraige though his wifes name is Mary and on her sons marraige certificate it is written as Mary Ann.

Can anyone help me?
