Brian (almost a Brain), Yes...your Mom was right! I too go back to that first Thomas Flewelling, & methinks the whole world is trying to locate the Wales or England to New York connection during the early 1600's. He was probably Quaker, & many Llewellyn's are found in Glamorganshire in southern Wales, but also found in the north too.
