I just looked up Robert Liverett today, while researching info for "Rob't Livret Cheek", who is listed only once in the tax rolls of Montgomery Co, NC in Dec. 1794. I was hoping to find him connected, perhaps as a grandson or nephew and namesake to an older Robert Liverett... perhaps the one you listed from 1764.
The Robert Liverett I found seems to be born 1780-1785, and is in the Union County SC census records of 1800, where Robert is listed as 16-25 with a 10-15 year old female, alongside William Liverett who has 1 m. and 3 f. babes and wife. In 1810 Robert is listed with wife as 26-44 with 1 m. 10-15 yr, and again in 1830 as 40-50 with wife, living alongside Richard Liverett who lists 1 m 15-20 and 2 m 20-30.
Robert Liverett is neighbors with various Davis, various Rogers, and for 30 years next to Burrell Chick (Cheek) or D. Burwell Chick.
Another Robert Liverett is enlisting with the Confederacy for the Civil War on 15 July 1862 at the age of 28, so born in 1834, after the census listings above. He transfers from 7th Cav Bttn. NC, to 6th Cav Regt. NC in 1863. (I hope he survived.)
I want to find a connection with the Cheek family in NC.
