My ancestry includes Matthias Halfhill. My records show that he married Elizabeth Livingood. She was born on Sept. 6, 1755 and died on Aug. 17m 1818. She is buried in Jacob's Old Dutch Cemetery, German Township, Fayette County, PA. She was a Lutheran and had 9 children (Matthias, Abraham, Sarah, George, Samuel, Phillip, Jesse, John and Susanna).
Samuel did marry Anna Lemley. Her parents as I have them were John Lemley (abt. 1764-1840) and Barbara Livingood (1794 - 1867). Buried in Kyger Cemetery, Kyger, Gallia County, Ohio.
