I know I am several years too late, but . . .

Charles A. Livengood was my grandfather's older brother. He was known by his middle name, Alfred. I am certain that these papers refer to research Alfred did with my grandfather, George Hopkins Livengood, to trace back into the Old Country the ancestors of Hardtman Leibengut, Sr.

If I can be put in touch with whomever has taken custody of these papers, I would greatly appreciate it. A good and proper home for these papers would be with the multiple volumes of family history complied by George Hopkins Livengood, which are archived at the Seattle Public Library.
