ok, I got an interesting email today about something I had never heard of in the Lively family. Rufus Lively in a census of 1860 had someone named Harvey Gipson listed in his household. I was told this was a Native American child, stolen by gypsies. I can only assume he was taken by the Native Americans first. This took place in Lively, (Roseville), Fayette Co. Rufus was a brother to Elias, my gr gr grandfather. Anyone know about this?
