Mr. Weeler, I enjoyed reading your message about your family's involvement with the Battle of Little Big Horn. My 3rd great-aunt was Mary Hanna Ross (1843-1874) who was married to Major Marcus Reno (1835-1889). He met her while he was stationed in Carlisle, PA during the Civil War. They married and lived in New Cumberland, PA until the time of her death. In our family tradition it is said that after her death he became very depressed and took to drinking.I know that his dishonorable discharge was very hard on him along with the death of aunt Mary.He died of cancer in Harrisburg, PA and is now buried in the Battle of Little Big Horn Cemetery. Mary Hanna Ross is Buried in the Harrisburg Cemetery with her family.I was wondering if you know who Pvt. John Mitchell's c/o was ? Thanks,Jason E. Shuff
