We are Huckaby researchers but wanted to include our Lutteral / Litteral research. I'm not sure how this family spelt their names.

1. WILLIAM LUTTERAL was born Abt. 1755, and died Aug 1842 in Casey Co., KY. He married MARY POLLY "SALLY" WINFREY. She was born 1790, and died 1867.

Know all men by these Presents, That we Benjamin LITTRELL and Jos. HUCKABY are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the sum of 50 pounds, to the payment whereof well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, &c. jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals, and dated this 21 day of November 1837.
The condition of the above obligation is such, That whereas a marriage is shortly intended to be solemnized between the above bound Benjamin LITTRELL and Nancy HUCKABY of this county. Now, shall it always hereafter appear, that there is no just cause to obstruct the said marriage, then the above obligation to be void, else to remain in full force and virtue.

This shall, therefore, authorize you to join in Matrimony the said Benjamin LITTRELL and Nancy HUCKABY. And this shall warrant you for so doing.
