All I know they were listed on the 1870 Census in Lawrence Co. Ohio. and moved to Scioto Co.in 1871 or 1872. he died 5 Nov. 1898. One of the sons spelled it Literal and have also seen it spelled Litreal. I was wondering if posibilty he could have been a trader or even a Cherokee. Dont know . Wish I did.
