You can view the image and save it. says just Lithuania DOB 10/1/1888 - person who would know where he is is Bernard
Bordynoski -also at RD #2. Simon was a self-employed farmer on the record.

There is also a simon M. probably a son from Clearfield with a WWII enlistment.
