No luck with family history (Sylvester Yankauskas 1889-1969, Lithuania-Boston)

I am having a hard time finding out information about my father's side of the family. He was always told that my Great-Grandfather was a horse thief and came over here as a stow away. I know he has to have some sort of record out there because I have been able to find his WWII Old Man's Draft cards. I just can't find anything else. I was hoping posting on here would help out a bit. His name was Sylvester Yankauskas, he married Frances, but I don't know her maiden name or when they got married. I know it was somewhere between 1890 and 1920. Sylvester was born 1889 and died in 1969. He remarried to Eva and died before she did. I can't find anything about Frances either. I hope someone out there can help to point me in the right direction. Thank you so much!
