My grandfather's name in Lithuania was Vakoonus or Vikoonus (not sure of how to spell, wrote it phonetically). Is this a common name in Lithuania or do you know it would have been spelled. Recently ran into someone who said that her mother's maiden name was the same as my grandfathers. I am wondering if we may be related. Anyone hear of this name ?
