Here is a web link to contact the Lithuanian Archives

I'm not sure if they can help, but you can ask. They need a town of origin to do any searches. You didn't say where in IL your family settled.I looked at some on-line records, Ellis Island and census, and am guessing it was Kane county? If so, they seem to be on the 1910 census as George Iasinski 34, Elizabeth 28.He says arrived 1902, she 1904, they are married 6 years with 2 kids, Alex 2 and Frank 4. So it seems they married in the US.
In one of your previous posts you said that they returned to LT where son Alex died. Were you able to find that ship's manifest?I find Elzbieta Stasinnaieze 22, arrived 6/29/1904 from Paszile, going to her brother in law J. Stankiewicz in Geneva IL.A passenger a few lines down, Aleksander Stankiewicz, is going to the same person, his brother, Jan, from Skiery LT.
Spellings are the biggest hurdle.I think Elizabeth's last name is Stasiunas, and her town of origin is Pasile, but there is more than one town with that name.
If your relatives were in St Charles IL, Kane county, you may want to contact the churches there and ask for a marriage record on them about 1904.
