Another possible spelling of Fetting might be Fetingis. You could check the on-line phone directory TAKAS, and query for Feting and a list of names including the endings for females will come up.There were about 26 names listed.I don't have the link available, but you'd likely find it in one of the messages on this board. If your ancestor was the one that arrived 10/9/1910, did you note that his father's name was Johann, and he was from Raksi LT?Also he is travelling with a Ferdinand Fenzan(?), and both are listed as going to the same person who they name as their brother-in-law in PA, looks like Ludwig Rablike. On the Bremen passenger list I found a Urte Fetingiene from Reksciu LT going to South America in 1930 and a Robertas Fettingis 37, going to South America in 1925 from Balciu LT. I don't know if any of this will help you, but they are some things to consider. In a book I have on victims of Soviet terror, WW II era, there is a Rudolfas Fetingis listed, born 1898, father's name is Jonas (John), resided Jociu village, Taurages district in 1947.Good luck with your search.
