Yes, I can read Russian and can translate. I speak Russian fluently, however my native language is Lithuanian.
A lot of Lithuanian town names (former Russian, Polish spelling) are in my memory and I know where towns are located. A lot of town names you may find using search engines. Poles spell Szadow, russians spell Shadov (in Cyrillic).
Go to http://www.apsit.com/mapsused.htmhttp://www.apsit.com/mapsused.htm and you will find Szadow [Lith. Seduva] in N18. line.
