Erick, it seems to me that your message was extracted from church records? I say this because the first names are in Latin (direct object form)and would be written like this in Catholic church records. Eg., Georgium=George, Victoriae=Victoria, Antoni=Anton/Antanas. The surnames are definitely mangled, but by this single document, my guess would be the following:
1-Polyjanskis--is probably close to the true name, but "yj" together is not common.
2-Depsriute--probably the male version is Depsrius, also not common.
3-Kilewicre--I think Kilewicz is possible since the -cre ending is not Lithuanian whereas -wicz is the Polish version, but many ethnic Lithuanians kept those endings instead of -ic(h)ius. Also, "z" gets translated incorrectly alot.
4-Rutkauckriute--the male version is Rutkauskas most probably.
You will want to gather as many documents as you can to make sense of these names and be patient that there may be a new version for each document! [FYI-Buzaitis has 29 versions!}
