I use ^ when I want to notice the "flying crow" symbol above the letter.
c^ is "c with upper crow" (è in Baltic Windows encoding). Pronounced like "ch" in "cheese".
s^ is "s with upper crow" (ð in Baltic Windows encoding). Pronounced like "sh" in "shark".
z^ is "z with upper crow" (þ in Baltic Windows encoding). I don't know any word in English with this sound, but this sound is written "zh" in foreign words. Pronounced like "j" in the French language.
Vincenta is the normal Lithuanian female name, like Vincentas is the normal male name. Short forms are Vince (female) and Vincas (male). Many Lithuanian first names have short and long forms, so you are never sure which one is official, until you find original documents.
Happy New Year!
