Hello. I've just started to research my family tree and when I read your post, couldn't help wondering if we are in some way related.

My grandmother's father was called Elias Jackson. He was born 18/08/1871 in Haydock, Lancashire. His mother was Mary Litherland and his father was Enoch Jackson.

This is the only information that I have regarding the Litherland connection within my family.

Please could you let me know if there is a connection that you know of.
