That's the problem. We really don't know. I can't find any ships carrying Perry and his family so that he is proven to be from UK at that time. I have found in the 1800 census a Liston Perry (name inverted) either the county in PA containing Listonburg or right next to it. You may be right, but at this point, this is the closest thing to any kind of lead any of us have found. You have great research and I just thought there might some sliver of a connection.
