Searching for information on Dr. John Lipscomb and Jane Simpson Lipscomb

I'm looking for information on the family of Dr. John T. Lipscomb, born about 1821 in Virginia and his wife, Jane Simpson Lipscomb, born about 1823. I know they had a son named John, born about 1845 and daughters named Malvina Virgina Lipscomb (b.06 Dec 1846) and Nancy Jane Lipscomb (b. 08 Oct 1849). Malvina and Nancy Jane both married Nutt brothers. Does anyone have any further information on other siblings or other information on this family?
