Ok, I don't have any info on your Charles Lipps, but my Great-Great-Great-Great-Grandfather died in Greenbrier County. So far that is as far back as me and my cousin have gotten. but I can give you info on him.
My 4xGreat grandpa's name was Henry Lipps. He was born 4/15/1753 and died 2/14/1826 in Greenbrier County, WV and is buried on Old Tuckwiler Farm. He married Rebecca Harden on 2/13/1776. Rebecca was born in Apr. of 1751 and died 1/30/1828. Thier children were named Daniel, Jacob, George, Henry Jr.,John, and Elizabeth. Daniel was my 3xgreat grandpa. Hope this helps!!
