I am in the process of gathering information on the following Lippitt family. To my knowledge, 1953 was the first time anyone from this family left England.
George Edward Lippitt born abt. 1867 and lived in Areley Kings Worcestershire England. Died March 10, 1945
Married Ellen Elizabeth ? born abt 1869 and Died October 11, 1947
Eight children:
Edwin
Harold
Jack
Jessica
Victor
Winifred Polly b. Abt. 1898
Frances Donald b. Abt. 1902
Eldest William Edward Lippitt b. February 6, 1890 d. February 5, 1957
Married Katherine Agnes Campbell known as Daisy Violet b. October 31, 1894 in Dover Kent England d. January 27, 1979 in Astley Cross, Stourport-on-Severn Worcestershire England
7 children.
Jean Ellen Lippitt married Thomas Mann and immigrated to Canada in 1953. Other family members have recently moved to Canada as well.
Any information on the family in England would be helpful.
