Hallo,
do you know, from which town or at least from which region of Bavaria your Adam came from?
A very long time the Palatina belonged to Bavaria, too. So a very big area.

We live in Germany, Baden-Württemberg, and the family of my husband Michael Lippert, came 1754 from Sailauf, Bavaria. We have all the line further back and meanwhile contact to the families in Sailauf.
Years ago I found THE LIPPERT PROJECT in the net and tried to contact the author, because one branch (from Dienstadt) is directly splitted of ours from Impfingen, but no chance! If I remember correctly it was a Mr. J. Hall, but the mail was always not deliverable and I am no longer more sure abiut the name.
What we found out is that the son of Valentin Lippert and Consegunde Schmitt, Georg ? (sorry I lented my documents to a family member in Heigenbruecken)and his wife Mary ? Freund emigrated to Buffalo and we have found their traces, but no living member to get in contact.

May be I am lucky on this way !

Irmgard

Half way between Sailauf and Impfingen lies Buergstadt, (Bavarian/Badish border). There was and still lives another branch of Lipperts. In the Book of Büergstädter Families I find a GEORG ADAM LIPPERT, born 1 FEB 1833.
No younger notes. So he might have been emigrated and his son was named after him. This was common use.
