These Lipperts are my Lipperts! Adam was my great-great Grandfather. His son Leo is my Gr-Grandfather, and Lawrence my Grandfather. I too have been conducting a lot of research trying to find where in Bavaria Adam came from. Also, I noticed in a census an August Lippert whose relation to Adam I am unsure of but have been trying to use as an additional lead. Any luck in the past 18 months?
