Try Anne Arundel Gentry: a genealogical history of twenty-two pioneers of Anne Arundel County, Md. and their descendants, by Harry Wright Newman, Maryland Pioneer series , 1933.

I have a xerox copy of the "Linthicum Family" pages that Sweetser Linthicum gave me about 15 years ago. Page 459 is Thomas Francis Linthicum (1716-1807). It is roughly a page entry mentioning Richard Williams, Sr. deeding "Hickory Hill" and "Franklin's Enlargement" for 5 shillings and natural love.

To note an interesting turn, in all of the deeds he signed but one Thomas Francis is described as a planter, in one he described as a ship carpenter. The author thinks this is the son.

If you can't find a source I can copy mine and mail it to you.
