Some Linthicum houses in this area include Linthicum Walks which still exists in Crofton Park on Md State Route 424 just outside the Crofton development, a hard to find Margaret's Fields in Mayo, and a "Sweetser Linthicum recommendation" of the Montpelier Mansion, now a cultural center, on Muirkirk Road off Route 197 in Linthicum. Margaret's Fields, which I saw years ago, is a three-story brick house, IIRC, on a large lot on the South River. If you are in the Annapolis area it is a fairly leisurely afternoon drive to connect the three places.
