Is Emmaline Simpson Surface, the daughter of Adam Surface and Agnes Price the wife of Abraham Linkous?
Or is Emmaline Simpson, the daughter of William Simpson the wife of Abraham Linkous?
I have that Emmaline is the daughter of Adam and Agnes. On the Linkous family site by John Linkes there are marriage records from Montgomery County VA that says Abraham Linkous married Emmaline Simpson, d/o William Simpson in March of 1838. The site says that the marriages are copied from the original records
Does anyone know, are there two Abraham Linkous'?
