Ohio deaths about 1849?

I need your help....please!

I am looking for the parents of my gggrandfather Samuel David Lininger. I know there is a gencom listed with CLDS but I am from Missouri - Show Me! (I have other info that indicates that info is wrong.) What I am seeking is any deaths of a Lininger between 1841 and 1850, male or female that might be his parent. I know there was cholera epidemic in 1849 - which is the best guess I have for a year & cause of death.

Please, give me some leads. Supposedly, Samuel David had several brothers...I would hope they "had issue" - maybe you are descended from one of them.

Thanks everyone!!! (you are all my cousins in some form!)

Jan Snyder
