Hi Lois, Myrtle May Lingle was my aunt, my father's sister. Myrtle was born 27 April 1894 in Nebraska City. Her parents were John T. Lingle and Henrietta (Etta) Clark. John T. died in 1902 from Smallpox and and Etta died in 1904 from Pneumonia. They were living in St. Joseph, MO at the time with my Father Leslie and his sister Myrtle May. They were cared for by friends and relatives for about 8 months and then placed in the Nebraska Children's Home Society in Omaha NE in 1905. My father was adopted by Judge Harrison C. Palmer and his wife Emma of Clay Center NE. Myrtle was fostered out on contract to Harrison Keim and Ella. He DID NOT adopt Myrtle , he only claimed he had. NO TRUE. Myrtle died 28 October 1970 in Livermore, Alameda, CA, Henry Casper died 14 January 1971 in Talent, Jackson OR. They were divorced. What is your connection ?? Hope this helps.
