Yeah, John, I connect to him as an in-law. His son Nicholas was actually born in 1743, and Nick married Elisabetha Reber, daughter of Johann Leonhardt Reber. I don't have a marriage date for them, but Nick is mentioned in Leonhardt's estate file as being the husband of Elisabetha. I have searched many times, but I've never been able to discover where they lived or the names of any children. Leonhardt's probate file says York County, but I've been unable to find them there.

My memory says a couple of those sons moved up to Pinegrove Township. Check the early censuses (state and federal) and the tax records. The latter are on-line in the RootsWeb archives. Search using both Lingel and Lingle.
