I'd like to find more information on the family of George Alder and Mary Lindsey, who married 29 Jun 1680 in Alnwick, Northumberland, England, according to church records there. I suspect that this couple, George and Mary (Lindsey) Alder, were the parents of my 6th G-Grandfather George Alder who died in Maryland (America) in 1737. I have found no record of the children of this couple (George and Mary), nor any solid proof of who their parents were. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!
