Hello everone!
I was in Limerick last Oct. A great place to live!
I had info from a Billy Steepe in Glenosheen that new of my #5 g/gf Peter Young born some where in Limerick 1749 and then had to leave the country in a hurry? To everyones said loss Billy and wife Nellie Young died in 2oo4 and so was lost a lot of Gen.
He said my Young line were Huguenot. My Young family lived in Glenosheen but the old hase in now gone. They lived at the bottom of the hill. They were , John Peter Young the father. the sons, Jim Peter, Charley Peter. They were brought from Rathkeal to Oliver.
Does anyone have any info on this Young family? I do think he is my #5 g/gf that moved to North Carolina 1766. In 1802 he maried Katherine Totorow in Rowan Co., NC.
