James Allen Lilley; Benjamin Franklin Lilley; Franklin Hamlin Lilley

I have checked the postings and responses here at LILLEY genforum and they are quite helpful, but I have questions about a few items.

Three questions:
(1) Did James Allen Lilley below have two wives named Rachel? First Rachel Knight, then another Rachel, surname unknown to me - see discussion (1) below.
(2) Is Benjamin Franklin Lilley, b. 1807-1808, LA., (who I suspect is a brother of James Allen Lilley in (1), but cannot prove that sibling relationship), the same man as Franklin Hamlin Lilley? In this LILLEY forum, I have seen information that says both these men m. Sarah Woolf, 23 Jan 1829, Copiah Co., MS. That a Franklin Lilley m. Sarah Woolf as stated is proven, but was it Benjamin Franklin or Franklin Hamlin, or is this the same man, his full name being Benjamin Franklin Hamlin Lilley?
(3) James Allen Lilley appears to have brothers: Franklin (one of the men in (2)above) and Wesley. I found all three of these men in Clarke Co., MS., 1840. All three b. LA. All three b. in the period 1800-1810. Wesley, seemingly the oldest of the three, appears in 1830, Copiah Co., MS. James Allen Lilley I did not find in 1830, MS. - recently married, he could be living with his wife's parents or anyone. Franklin Lilley appears in 1830 Copiah Co., MS. Can anyone verify if these three men are brothers and if there are other siblings? Father of these men MAY be Benjamin Franklin Lilley, but this is based solely on secondary information I have seen on this forum and elsewhere. Sounds reasonable given the name of Franklin used in the families of two of the mentioned possible siblings.

(1) Discussion - I am tracing James Allen Lilley, b. c1802, LA., d. between 1880-1900, probably San Jacinto Co., TX., who m. a Rachel Knight in Copiah Co., MS., 18 Feb 1830 (I am not related to the LILLEY family; I am doing this research for my niece, by marriage to my nephew, so that her (their) children will have their complete ancestry for both sides of their family. A son of James Allen Lilley, that is James Allen Lilley, Jr., m. Catherine Head, and my niece's ancestry connects on down the road a bit, via her Huddleston ancestry). Rachel (Knight) Lilley died before 1 June 1850, or so it may appear. The reason I think Rachel Knight may have died is that the Rachel (assumed wife) of James Lilley in the 1850 census, Clarke Co., MS., was either age 30 or age 36 (census age, 2nd digit = "0" or "6", ? which). If this woman were age 30, then she would be too young to be the mother of the first child of the 1850 census, that is, Franklin Lilley, b. 1831-1832, MS.; If she were age 36, then it would be possible that Rachel of the 1850 census was Franklin Lilley's mother. Obviously, for this Rachel to be the one married in 1830, she had to have been born before several years before 1820 (her circa birth year if she were age 30 in 1850). If she were age 36 in 1850, then she must have been b. c1814, married at about age 16 in 1830, and had Franklin Lilley at about age 18. James Allen Lilley remarried, sometime before 1 June 1870, Mrs. Charity Lewis, who had at least one Lewis child, Adaline, who was erroneously shown as surnamed Lilley in the 1870 census. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find the James Allen Lilley family in Texas or Mississippi, 1860 census - the family should be in either San Jacinto or Polk Co., TX., in the 1860 census, I believe, but if they are in that area, the names are really messed up in the census index. So, I cannot determine who is the wife in the 1860 census or if there is even a wife in the 1860 census. Rachel (Rachel Knight or the second Rachel, if there was a second one) apparently died sometime in the period 1857/1858 (range based on birth of Martha Lilley, the last child of whom I am aware of the marriage of James Allen Lilley/Rachel - 2nd Rachel probably her mother IF there were two Rachels)and sometime in the mid to later 1860s (range based on birth of Polly Lilley, b. c1866, who I assume to be the first child of James A. Lilley/Mrs. Charity Lewis).
I have not found a marriage for James/Mrs. Charity Lewis.
Thanks for any input on this Lilley family. Bill Polk, Kansas City, MO.
