Charlie,

I just had a major breakthrough yesterday I talked to the East Carroll, LA clerk of court and she found papers that document what I had believed but had been unable to prove. My Williamson Liles born 1840 in KY was the son of Williamson Liles living in the Lake Providence, LA area between 1830 to 1840. You mentioned the Liles in this thread and I hoped you might have some documentation for the father of the older Williamson Liles born pre 1810 based on the fact that there is a daughter from a previous wife.
