We would love to learn more about the Lightsey Family History. My name is Marcia Beth Adams Lightsey (age 53/born and raised in Topeka, KS) and I have been happily married to Tony Ray Lightsey (age 54/born in Hugo, OK and raised in Idabel, OK) for 32 years. We have two children: a daughter Lisa Beth Lightsey Hutchins (age 29/born in OKC -- wife of Brent Alan Hutchins) and a son Brent William Lightsey (age 25/botn in OKC -- husband of Celia Joy Sheffield Lightsey). My husband's father was Robert Hayes Lightsey who married Doris Carie Lightsey in the Redland/Idabel area of Oklahoma. My husband has one brother: Terry Wayne Lightsey (Idabel, OK) and one sister: Deborah Ellen Lightsey Sims (Nashville, AR) and one half-sister: Connie Thomas Flanagan (Claremore, OK). To my knowledge, Robert Hayes Lightsey had two older sisters: Martha Lightsey Stewart and Margaret Lightsey Crockett. Robert Hayes Lightsey passed from this life in June 1971 and is buried in Idabel, Oklahoma.
