Lightner was a son of Jacob Lightner and Catherine Elizabeth Weaver.Russell was born in August of 1889 in Perry county and can be found with his parents and brother Roy in the 1900 Tyrone, Perry, Pa census.Russell's first wife was Rosa Emma Dunkleberger (born July 1890), a daughter of Charles R. and Jennifer Rebecca (Garlin) Dunkleberger.Russell and Rosa Emma married in 1910 and can be found in the Spring twp, Perry, Pa census.By the 1920 Carlisle, Cumberland, Pa census, Russell is a widower, living with his 3-yr-old son, Russell B. Jr. and Russell's widowed mother Catherine.By the 1930 Monroe, Cumberland, Pa census, Russell has remarried, to Minnie M. Adams Graham. They have had 2 children: Kenneth Eugene (abt 1924) and Betty (abt 1929 or 1930).Living with them is son Russell Jr (age 13) from Russell's first marriage and Jane E.(age 12), a daughter of Minnie and her first husband (Mr. Graham).

So, Minnie's 2nd husband was the widower son-in-law (Russell Lightner) of her step-father (Charles R. Dunkleberger).Unfortunately, I do not know the first name of her first husband, Jane E.'s father and presume that he died sometime before 1920
