Hi again Syd- If this were my problem, I think I'd start with the 1881 St.Austrell census, then go back through the UK St.Catherines BDM indexes and keep on cross-checking the places of particular BDM events with primary information provided by those individuals in the 1871, 1861, or even the 1851 census. I'm pretty sure my hypothesis is correct, but it is important that you satisfy yourself on this. Wish you well with your research - Daryl Lightfoot
