John Light of 1807 Indiana Territory

Does anyone know who John Light was who is enumerated in the first Indiana Territory census taken in 1807? He is listed in the 1812 Indiana militia census but does not appear in the 1810 Indiana Federal Census.
I have found probate papers for a John Lity/Lite in Knox County, Indiana, in 1814 giving his widow's name, Elizabeth.
Daniel Lite purchased items at John's estate sale. That same Daniel Lite died a few months later in Knox County, Indiana.
