Hi Jan,
I haven't checked for a link to Greene Co. I do know that the T Elmer Cox Library has information on the "poor farm" cemetery that was located on Industry Road in Greeneville. It seems that it was paved over. One of the historians at the library has been trying to identify the people who were buried there and keeps a list.
