Moses Bird Light was the son of James Light and his second wife. Moses married Cleora Lilly d/o William S. Lilly. Children: girl d.as baby; Lottie b.1901; Wilma b.1903; Jesse b.1906, d.as a child of flu after having memingitis; Walter b.1908; Elva b.1910 and a girl b.&d. 1913 when her mother was dying of TB. Moses later married Alice ?. He was a carpenter for the C&O, as was his brother, Floyd Francis Light. Floyd married Lydia Lowe and they had four children: son, Elvyn; daughters Eva, Christine, and one I can't remember. James Light had several other children in the area around Beckley and Hinton.
I would be pleased to have the pedigree you offered. My parents brought home a pedigree chart from a visit to WV; but I have been unable to verify parts of it and it appears to have left out a couple of generations.
Floyd kept history in the form of writing poems. His daughters collected a number of them and had them bound. They include one written by James Light after the death of his first wife. If you are interested; I could send you a copy of that poem.
