Steve: Rene G. gave me the sight at which to view your work on the Light/Russell connection. Many of us are still working on the Russell end of the spectrum and many of the Russell researchers have been working for many more years than I. My question: I am trying to connect one of the many William Russells to my old ancestor, Philip Russell, b. 1765 in Lunenburg Co. Va. George Ely Russell has him connected (by association only) to William, the father of Ann R.Light. However, we can find no documentation of Philip's connection. If you have any information on old Philip, would you please let me know? I would greatly appreciate it.
