David Fraser Liddle late nineteenth century and he died around 1935
Trying to find out if there are any existing relatives of David Fraser Liddle, a Church of Scotland minister in Arbroath for 9 years. He married a Catherine Smith also of Arbroath. They moved to Glasgow so that he could take up aposition in Glasgow's Blackfriar's Church, where he remained for the rest of his career.
His degree was from Glasgow University, as was my grandmother's (Catherine Smith). I know that he had a mother and a ssiter and they are buried in Sighthill cemetary.
He was a member of the board for Hutchesons' Grammar School. Does anyone have any info? He was my maternal grandfather.
