I recently discovered a connection between the Fong side of my family and a Jeung family. One of my Grandfather Fong's paternal first cousins married a woman with the surname Jeung. However, I don't know yet if my Grandparents Fong purchased the paper name from her family. I will ask relatives on the Fong side if this is so.

Best regards,
Lawrence
