i am aware of the poem talking about futre generations bringing glory to the ancestors but first how can one tlak ab out bringing glory when theres no glory to talk about in the first place, the ancestors would have to achive gory first before there can be talk about descndents maintaing glory.als a lee kim chuan no relation a chinese sporean poet had seen my poem and had indicated that it was an ancestor who had held a high postiion/some position in the government.moreover in those days people who had kep the family generation poem were the literati educated elite and officials, the charcaters shi ze which i had checked indicates the blseeing protection fo the ancestor and also what the ancestor had left to the descdents for example power position and property
