I have both dates for the marriage of Andrew and Rebecca. Two family descendants plus what came down in our family said 10 Feb 1812. However, I had another contact do a search, and on Soundex CD#229 (VA Marriages in Monongalia Co 1794-1812) it is listed as 13 Feb 1812. Also, still another descendant with whom my mother is in contact verifies the 13 Feb 1812 as the correct date. At this point I decided that absent any other written proof to just "go with" what is on the CD, as it seems to be the best documentation so far.
In research, I also came up with Andrew's second marriage to Polly Bailey. My first thought, too, was that it was a sister (or at least a relative), but I have found no proof.
